Location and the comfort. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Communication was v good. In the hot weather the flat was v cool as in the basement. Bus outside to Hastings or Eastbourne. Free parking 100m away.
Bedroom was small but perfectly functional. Steps up to bathroom and from pavement down to front door would be challenging for someone with mobility problems. Would have been nice to have some beach things like picnic chairs and a paraso to use on the beach.

Location was good. Apartment was comfortable. Great for a short break.
Not a don't like,but, the stone steps down to the apartment are steep, also the stairs up to the bathroom, so could be a problem for some.
