We love this little property. Perfect for the two of us and our little dog. Opposite the promenade, walk through bottle alley and sand on low tide. Clean and comfortable, nice little outside space for breakfast :)

Location and the comfort. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Communication was v good. In the hot weather the flat was v cool as in the basement. Bus outside to Hastings or Eastbourne. Free parking 100m away.
Bedroom was small but perfectly functional. Steps up to bathroom and from pavement down to front door would be challenging for someone with mobility problems. Would have been nice to have some beach things like picnic chairs and a paraso to use on the beach.
