great flat in a lovely location. We came to be nearby my daughter and her friends who were having her hen do at Cliffhanger house so it was a perfect location to be near but for us old Mums to have our own space too.
Would have been nice to have had a balcony or outside space but we knew it didn't when we booked and it is only 2 mins from the beach. I thought it was a bit dangerous if you had children as the windows opened right up instead of being on a latch and it was quite high.

On the sea front, nice view, well equipped, comfortable, nice and warm.
The entrance behind the building, street was like a slum, front door a disgrace and the common parts cold and miserable, needs decorating. Damp and walls peeling. Deserves a hefty refund, we nearly didn’t stay, nighttime felt dangerous in alley like road, dark and pavements covered in mess and dogs poo. Bitterly disappointed.
