The apartment is located in Neustadt, and its central location offers quick access to the city: restaurants and a supermarket are each only about 500 m away, and the train station is approximately 2.1 km away. A bank and an ATM are also nearby for your daily convenience. Those who want to enjoy nature and the water are also well taken care of: the lake is about 150 m away, and the sandy beach and the sea are about 3.1 km away. This makes AtmeMeer ideal for anyone looking for short distances and a quiet retreat.
Inside, you’ll find a clean, practical layout with a total of three rooms: two bedrooms and a living area. Both the living and sleeping areas feature vinyl flooring, making the apartment comfortable to live in. In the living room, a cozy sofa area invites you to relax, while there’s a convenient dining area. A dining table is provided—perfect for sharing meals or unwinding at the end of the day. For entertainment, there is a TV with a screen size of 35–44 inches (1 unit), equipped with digital satellite service.
The kitchen is a separate room and fully equipped with everything you need on vacation. This includes an oven, an electric stove (2 burners), a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Dishes and silverware are, of course, provided, along with kitchen utensils and a trash can. An electric grill is also available—perfect for quick grilling sessions without a lot of prep work.
The bathroom features a shower with a tub and is equipped with hot water, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. A hair dryer is provided for added comfort. Safety and amenity features such as smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also available. The private parking space makes travel planning easier: there is 1 parking spot right at the property. A clothesline is available for drying laundry.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise mit allem sehr zufrieden .
Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet so das man sich so richtig wohlfühlen kann.
Stadt ,Strand, Hafen und Felder alles fussläufig zu erreichen.
Der Kontakt mit Tobi und seinem Sohn waren super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder .
