Inside, the house accommodates up to six people and is ideal for families or getaways with friends.

The heart of the house is the cozy living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. Historic details have been lovingly preserved and harmoniously combined with modern elements. Large windows offer views of the surrounding greenery and let plenty of natural light into the living spaces.

Three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure ample comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, is perfect for relaxing evenings spent cooking—ideal after a day at the beach, in nature, or on the golf course.
