About this apartment rental
This bright and cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 52 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living areas have carpeted floors, while the sunroom, kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the hallway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 wicker armchairs, a coffee table, and a dresser. From the living room, you have access to the large, light-filled sunroom (facing south) with another seating area consisting of a bench, two chairs, and a large dining table. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine! The apartment also features a sunny, south-facing terrace measuring approximately 4 m².
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open-concept kitchenette includes a kitchen unit with a 2-burner stove, microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small breakfast bar with chairs, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a chair. Additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer and ample storage space.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.
From September 1 through May 31 of each year, a small wellness area in the basement of the apartment complex is available to you free of charge, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.
Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the apartment complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a parking space (some of which are carports) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor areas for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
