It is located right on the edge of a vacation home community near the German Baltic Sea coast.
The quiet, sunny, and nature-surrounded location in the Kühlung Landscape Conservation Area offers a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and fields. From the attic, the view opens up over the adjacent forests, horse pastures, and vacation home community, as well as the biking and hiking trails and forests just a few meters away. The Ostseeperle vacation home features modern, high-quality amenities and offers plenty of space for 2 to 6 people (2 double beds, 1 single bed, and a crib).

This newly built (2021) and modern vacation home, furnished in a country-style, is located in the quiet, idyllic village of Biendorf, in the Wischuer district.

The 500 m² property is situated on the edge of a vacation home community and is fully fenced, featuring a well-maintained lawn and a private carport.

Centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km) lies the idyllic and quiet village of Biendorf (Wischuer). The beach and the spa towns of Rerik and Kühlungsborn are just a few minutes’ drive away, and the Ostseeperle vacation home offers an ideal retreat for enjoying peaceful evenings.

A table and chairs are available for breakfast together on the terrace, and you’ll find additional patio furniture in the shed right next to your carport.

There’s also a place to store bicycles.

A travel crib with a mattress, a washing machine, and a high chair are provided.

A bakery, a playground, and an outdoor movie theater are a 5-minute drive away. Medical care, a pharmacy, banks, a supermarket, the center of Rerik, the beautiful church with a sweeping view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea, the harbor, the pier with a supervised swimming beach, as well as small cafés and cozy restaurants are all a 10-minute drive away.
