About this apartment rental
This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 45 m²), which underwent extensive renovations in 2025, is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living/dining room, kitchen area, and bedroom is high-quality vinyl design flooring with an elegant wood-grain look; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the entryway, which features a coat rack and wall mirror, you can easily access all rooms in your vacation rental.
The spacious and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, a wicker armchair, a coffee table, and a dresser. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² balcony (facing south and west) with balcony furniture. Here, you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with two modern smart TVs and a radio with Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone induction cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, a wicker armchair, and another smart TV. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom also features blackout curtains.
The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.
From September 1 through May 31, a small wellness area in the basement of the apartment complex is available to you free of charge, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.
Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be parked in the bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you are interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more than 2 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
