Built in 2016, the vacation home is located in the Rerik-Ost vacation park, within walking distance of the Baltic Sea (about 1 km to the natural beach at Teufelsschlucht).



The house is situated on a sunny, approximately 800-square-meter lot with a wonderful south-west orientation on a sunny lot of approximately 800 square meters. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the house. The house features a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open Bulthaup kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The size is ideal for 4 guests. An extra bed for a fifth guest is available.

1. The tenant must treat the rented premises and furnishings with care. The tenant is liable to compensate for any damage caused through negligence.



2. The tenant must immediately report any damage that occurs upon moving into the vacation home or during the rental period.



3. Within 14 days of signing the rental agreement, the tenant must pay a deposit of 20



Check-in is possible from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
