About this villa rental
Comfortable half-detached country house on the property of the host family in Kägsdorf, a quiet rural village between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn (4 km) and Rerik (4 km). The sea and the Baltic Sea beach are only 1.5 km away. The two half-detached houses are also ideal for an XXL vacation with friends or a large family._x000D_

The half-detached house has its entrance and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The ground floor houses the living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a guest toilet. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The half-detached house has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared children's playground is located directly next to the house. The shared playground is located at the host's neighboring country house. Here, guests' children can play and romp to their heart's content._x000D_

The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in the village is popular with locals and insiders. There is a beach snack bar in summer. Kägsdorf is a holiday resort located between the Baltic Sea resorts and is exempt from tourist tax. The resort offers a bicycle rental (delivery service) as well as a small snack bar and kiosk.
The property consists of multiple guesthouses
Beach towels are not included
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner

The location is fantastic, tucked away in a quiet area yet close enough to the beach, We spent our days cycling and walking along the coast, The house felt like a home away from home, and we were grateful for the pet-friendly policy, as we brought our dog along

Sehr gut für eine kleine Familie, super Lage durch die Nähe zu Kühlungsborn und Rerik... Beides in ca. 30min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen Wohnung völlig ausreichend

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch. Das Ferienhaus ist modern und super ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wickeltisch, Babybett, kostenloses WLAN, Grill...) und die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Tochter hat den Garten mit Trampolin, Schaukel, Hasen und Hühnern geliebt! Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass in den Schlafzimmern keine richtigen Verdunkelungsrollos sind - das ist mit kleinen Kindern im Sommer nicht so optimal.

Leider war das Haus nicht sauber. Überall Staub. Das Geschirr war ein Konvolut aus Gläsern, Tellern und Besteck. Nichts gehörte zusammen und teilweise beschädigt.
Gastgeber bei Ankunft freundlich. Dann aber nicht mehr greifbar. Der Ausfall des Internets wurde nicht behoben. TV ging von vornherein nicht.
Lage top, Kägsdorf ist ein naturbelassener Ort. Sehr erholsam.
