Built in 2018 on a plot of approximately 870 square meters, it is located in the new Rerik Vacation Park, which consists of about 40 high-quality vacation homes and is nestled within a nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests. The Baltic Sea beach is about a 9-minute walk away. The vacation home offers 2 separate apartments. Here, the bright, approximately 52-square-meter MeerRaum 1 apartment on the first floor features two bedrooms, a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower, a light-filled, spacious living-dining area with an open-concept kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table, a cozy couch area and TV, a south-facing terrace, an utility room with a washing machine, a large garden, and a parking space. It is furnished in a modern Baltic Sea style with a family-friendly atmosphere and offers everything 4 people need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The larger apartment, MeerRaum 2, with approximately 100 square meters and 3 bedrooms, can also be booked individually or combined with MeerRaum 1 for large families or groups of friends. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 to 10:00.
