Mountain View Retreat Apartment - private parking

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and beautifully presented. Lovely outlook. Amazing security!

Disappointed that the cleaning lady forgot the dish washer tablets. These were not replaced when we reported this. We were told to go and buy for ourselves!! Also no tea towel and no instructions for an unfamiliar coffee machine. Needed to Google instructions.

Everything was perfect.

Apartamentul este curat, modern si dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie!

Nimic.

nice view, nice apartment, clean, well equipped. Great coffee and a very nice sunny balcony. Private parking spot underground. Good value for money.

Communication with host was bad. Lack of clear simple instructions. instead of a straightforward communication, all-in-one message with ALL info, he sent 10 meesages, several links, multiple request for our personal details (like home address.. hilarious and redundant- since he had my ID card already). Parking spot was not explained clearly and we parked one spot further and I was persistently called at 2:30AM by an angry neighbor to come move my car even though the parking was EMPTY! Probably those other owners spent all their money on that parking and the sense of property is high with them :)). Anyway, all this could have been easily prevented is the owner of this apartment could have sent a simple 2 rows message, saying "park on slot ABC, apartment 123, floor x". Clearly low experience and lack of communication skills. Instead he made a maze and "escape room" situation with findings the lock with the key hidden at grass level behind an electricity box, and to many unnecessary words. Also he did not prepared sheets for the extended couche from living room (which was clearly advertised as 2nd bed) and we clearly booked as 2 adults + teenager kid and first night we had to improvise until he replied next day with another "escape room" situation with finding a hidden key to unlock a hiddem locker to find the sheets. Stupid! Host needs to seriously step-up his game and simplify EVERYTHING. Again, this part of the review is strictly related to the host, and for sure can be improved. Location is ok, nice clean apartment with a sunny balcony and good coffee.
