Estaba cómoda para aparcar y limpio, para ir al centro tuvimos que ir en coche porque íbamos con 2 niñas y había casi 20 minutos andando

Locație ca în pozele de prezentare, ușor de găsit, se află într-un loc liniștit, este curată, spațioasă, cu loc de parcare asigurat, nu se află departe de Centru, de Tâmpa sau de Gara CFR (pt cei ce călătoresc, cu trenul), deci în trei cuvinte: am fost mulțumiți 👍. Revin cu prima ocazie
Singurul minus este drumul în pantă pe care trebuie să-l parcurgi până la locație, asta în cazul în care faci o plimbare pe jos până în oraș.

Curățel. Liniștit. Garaj pentru a parca mașina. Căldură la discreție.
Miros pregnant de mucegai. Ușile scârțâie. Cam vechi totul. Unul dintre dormitoare nu are geam.
