BRASSOVIA Hideaway

Locatia chiar superba si asezarea este perfecta cat sa te poti plimba pe jos fara sa depinzi de masina sau transport in comun. Locuinta este superba, privelistea de la geam de asemenea si curatenia, proprietarii...totul a fost asa cum ne-am dorit.

Am avut o mica situatie cu telecomanda care lipsea si nu am beneficiat de televizor...dar am primit raspuns prompt din partea proprietarilor si faptul ca nu am fost atenta cand am rezervat ca nu exista aer conditionat si pe timpul noptii a fost destul de cald, avand in vedere ca si locatia este la drum, iar prietena mea nu putea sa doarma in galagia de pe strada daca lasam aceste geamuri deschise. Dar acest lucru tine si de fiecare persoana in parte.

Good location, fairly quiet, despite the busy road outside. Close to the old center, 10-15 min walk. The apartment is clearly recently renovated, furniture is all new, bathroom is great, the kitchen is great - full stove, teapot, microwave, nespesso machine, full set of kitchenware. There is a washing machine and the tools to dry the clothes.

Unfortunately all the good points are negated by the bedding. The bed is simply awful. This sofa cannot be used as the main bedding. It might be fine as a temporary measure for extra guests or a single night stay, but after 2 nights my back was hurting, and the third night was just torturous. It NEEDS to be replaced by a proper bed with a good mattress. Not only that, but the bed is right in front of the window that goes to the outside staircase. Not only anyone can have a direct view onto your bed (which could be partially prevented by the shades, but they are too thin for this purpose), but there is also an automatically activated lights that shine right to the bed from outside. So if anyone comes up the stairs, you get blasted by a bright light in the face. Blackout blinds are necessary on this window to prevent this. And finally, the entire courtyard is the smoking area, and all 4 windows go to that courtyard. So if another tenant decides to smoke there, you will enjoy that smoke too. Oh, and there is no AC, which could be problematic in the summer.
