Modern mobilat si foarte curat. De pe terasa apartamentului este o panorama superba! Se vede Cetatea Brasovului si Universitatea.
In apartament este umezeala si frig. S-ar imbunatati conditiile prin montarea unui sistem de climatizare.

Am avut o experiență excelentă! Totul a fost ideal – cazarea foarte curată, confortabilă și atent pregătită, exact cum ne-am dorit. Atmosfera a fost plăcută și ne-am simțit ca acasă din primul moment. Un mare mulțumesc doamnei pentru surpriza pregătită – a fost un gest foarte frumos și apreciat, care a făcut șederea și mai specială. Recomand cu toată încrederea această locație și cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare drag! / We had an excellent experience! Everything was perfect – the accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and carefully prepared, exactly as we hoped. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt at home from the very first moment. A big thank you to the host for the lovely surprise – it was a truly thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back with great pleasure!
