La decoración, comodidad, elegancia, la atención del dueño, cercano al centro, el parking. Es una maravilla de apartamento. Muy tranquilo

Imobil noi, foarte bine compartimentat, dotare foarte buna, terasa cu acces din toate camerele. Parcare disponibila la subsolul imobilului cu acces controlat. De altfel si accesul auto la imobil se face tot controlat cu bariera. Pozitionarea buna, nu chiar central, ma refer aici la distanta fata de centrul vechi, dar se ajunge foarte usor pe jos, aproximativ 1 km. E vorba de 15 minute de mers pe jos pana la primaria Brasov, noua nu ni s-a parut mult.
Totul a fost OK.

Апартамента е много добре обзаведен. Има всичко необходимо. Кафеавтомат, топла вода и всичко останало за един престой. Абсолютен плюс е подземния паркинг! Всичко беше прекрасно.
Нямаше такова нещо, което да не ми хареса.
