Apartamento muy amplio con plaza de parking en la misma puerta. Pequeño balcón y patio trasero muy agradable y tranquilo.
Tanto las habitaciones como la cocina y el comedor muy amplios. Dispone de 2 baños (1 con bañera).
Está situado a 5-10' andando al centro de Brasov. Además, hay un Carrefour grande al bajar la calle, ideal para hacer la compra si se quiere desayunar/cenar en el propio apartamento.
Falta algo de mantenimiento en algunos aspectos menores, como manetas de las puertas sueltas, la tapa del WC no está bien anclada, hay alguna pérdida de agua en el lavamanos del baño grande. Pero nada grave que no permita disfrutar de la estancia.
