Totul a fost ok, m-am simtit ca intr-o casa de vacanta personala. Inclusiv cateva carti de citit pe un raft , cateva jocuri ( remi, jeka, sah, etc ) pentru seara ceea ce conteaza foarte mult , mai ales in conditiile in care ai copii dupa tine. Strada este infundata, nu este o strada circulata, parcare in fata proprietatii fara probleme, ceea ce pentru Brasov este un mare plus si destul de aproape de zona centrala.

Maybe aircon would be a plus, but we survived without it.

Good location in a quiet side street not far from the old and new city centre. I liked that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. Communication with the hosts via WhatsApp was OK.
We found some dirty, mouldy towels in one of the bedrooms. The wi-fi signal was not brilliant and the TV had no sound. This was communicated to the host via WhatsApp and a neighbour helped sort this out. Also, the rubbish bin was dirty and mouldy and there was a strong smell of sewage in my ensuite bathroom, but the neighbour was unable to sort this out. We felt that the host didn't know about the cleanliness issues, as they lived in another town. Or they didn't care...
