Cozy Grand Luxury Apartment - Coresi Promenade Brasov

Location was great, and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

I was surprised to see a coffee and tea maker, but no coffee pods, tea bags, or creamer. It would have been a nice touch to have at least a sample of coffee pods with creamer to enjoy first thing in the morning. There were only two towels for each bathroom, but no hand or face towels. We contacted the owner, and he brought two hand towels, one for each bathroom, and some paper towels for the kitchen. It just seems that the apartment provided the bare minimums, which was inconvenient. I think some added touches, like coffee, a small snack tray, and ample towels for the kitchen and bathrooms, would have made the experience above average.

Spacious, good beds, comfortable pillows and mattresses. Great location, good parking.

Amenities problems and furniture mishaps. Not enough towels related to number of guests, cleaning crew didn't do the right job, left 2 unclean towels from previous guests. Had to call property for missing items. Property was however receptive. Some furniture mishaps that are fixed by painting over, but you can clearly see things were degraded. Some furniture is bit degraded, example:broken shelves in closet, closet door that doesn't close. A big problem is the main bathroom clear window, this is a big no-no, no privacy, even if there isn't a close building that could peep. The kitchen sink drain open-close mechanism did not work, so to get it to drain you would have to take out the drain plug completely. The dishwasher door can't fully open, so it is very hard to put stuff in it. Usually amenities include a few dishwasher tablets, not here though, and just one tablet for the coffee machine. You win your guests over with great amenities and attention to detail, some companies that own properties need to realize this. Not one pan for cooking? What is the point of having a cooking plate then? One bedroom is missing the TV, but this is not important. Please read the reviews your guests give, I have seen other reviews complaining abut exact same issues.

The apartment is spacious, clean, it has a designated parking space. The communication with the owner is easy and efficient. The area is quiet, but you also have access to many nice restaurants, coffee shops, a big shopping center and a park within walking distance. The price for the apartment is fair.

The amenities are pretty basic, especially the kitchen utensils. Some bigger towels would be appreciated. There is some wear and tear which demand some small maintenance work.
