Great location. Mall right next door. Plenty of buses and taxis around. Beautiful house, well laid out, stocked with dishes and silverware. Great sunroom to enjoy coffee in the morning. Attentive owner responds to messages quickly. Vacuum, broom, and mop provided.
Bathroom needs some work. The washer is quite small. No dryer, but hanging rack is provided. Dumpster is quite far away, but that's a city issue not something the owner can control.
