Excellent location, own parking spot right by the building entrance, large kitchen and rooms, everything ergonomically well thought, good heating, peaceful building...
There was some noise very late at night from the people above, but not something the host can do about. Nothing else, really.

Comfortable bed; fancy shower; big tv; ability to adjust heat to your comfort, nice couch, all the amenities you need
