The Forest - Luxe Central Apt with free secured parking

Aproape totul

Nimic

Всё чисто, уютно , выход на балкон в морозное утро!!!

Close to city center, 25 minutes walk. Free secured parking at the location, their parking spot is underground. It was clean and spacious, we had everything we needed for our stay. It has a nice balcony, which with a good weather is very nice to spend time for relaxing.

The pillows weren't so comfortable. Maybe a little bit more attention at details is needed: the walls had some dark spots.

The location was nice, quiet, and convenient. The building itself was well maintained, and having underground parking available was a definite plus. However, the apartment itself could use more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. There were stains on the walls throughout the apartment, and it was not as clean as we expected when we arrived.

The communication with the host was very poor. The apartment had a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. When we contacted the host to ask how this could be resolved, we were simply sent a ChatGPT-generated message suggesting that we add some water to the shower drain. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem, and the smell remained throughout our stay. We specifically chose this apartment because the listing stated that a crib was available. Since we were traveling with small children, we contacted the host a week before our stay to confirm the crib, but received no response. Only after we arrived and asked again were we told that they did not actually have a crib. We were then told that we could rent one through one of their partners, but that option was also unavailable. The apartment also looks considerably larger in the photos than it actually is, which is a classic one. Overall, the lack of communication, the unresolved bathroom odor, and the misleading information about the crib made our stay much less comfortable than expected.
