Cher pour ce type de logement - Propre
Accès aux clés très facile. Douche et cuisine de qualité. Logement propre. Chauffage adapté.
Très cher compte tenu de la vétusté du logement. Logement très exigu, salle de bain minuscule. Insonorisation très mauvaise : tous les matins, j'ai été réveillée en sursaut avec l'impression que les voisins entrent dans le logement quand ils ouvrent leur propre porte, entente du réveil et des ronflements des voisins. Lit très passablee : ce n'est pas un lit mais un canapé de qualité très moyenne qui grince à chaque mouvement malgré mes 50kg et le fait que je sois seule dedans. Lit pas fait à mon arrivée. Pas de poubelle en dehors de la mini poubelle de la salle de bain.
