Quiet and cold place which we appreciated during the hot days in Paris.
I was there for 5 nights with two young kids. The apartment is orientated into inner building yard. Quiet and cold place which we appreciated during the hot days in Paris. The owner is easy to talk to. Good problem solving approach.

Premièr point le frigo fonctionne pas j avais acheter de la nourriture pour rien avec la chaleur ça a très vite pourri Ensuite le wifi fonctionne pas L’appartement est mal agencer j ai du modifier moi même l emplacement car on ne pouvais pas circuler Ensuite j ai prévu que j aurai un peu de retard dans le départ prévu à 11h il ma demander 1 supplément de 10€ très surprise car pour 1h de retard j ai jamais été facturer me disant c’est pour les femmes de ménage décaler leur heure d arrivée hors faux c’est lui et non les dames de ménage qui sait présenter il a directement insisté avec le règlement des 10€ j ai pas pu partir ni faire en virement très cullotee car je lui ai pris 3 nuit où j en ai eu pour quand même plus de 300€

À 40m du bureau, impossible de faire plus optimal, c'est plus ou moins le seul critère qui m'importe en plus de l'absence de cafards et de punaise, cet appart est le top du top pour mon cas. .
Code wifi ne fonctionne pas, le frigo étant en fin de vie il fait un bruit qui peut faire fuir des gens ayant le sommeil léger (ça n'est pas mon cas)
