Good location, but small and cramped space, not a great value for the money

Very cramped, without a good use of space.

Comfortable and clean stay that is perfect for a few nights.

The hygiene and quality of the stay was really nice. Also the location is very nice. Both close to the center of the town and close to the beach. The contact with the owner was really nice too.

Maybe a thicker blanket would be nice (even though there is heating available). I was also missing a coat rack.

Afytos incisi

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi. Tüm Restaurant ve çarşı merkezi 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her gün temizlik yapılması çok önemli bir ayrıntı. Araç park yeri sıkıntısı bulunmuyor. Konforlu bir tatil sağlıyor. Otel işletmecisi ilk gün yolu bulmamız için bizi karşıladı ve çok güleryüzlü idi. Sonraki günlerde de her türlü sorumuzu içtenlikte karşıladı ve çok güzel jestleri oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilecek bir konaklama idi. Her şey için teşekkürler

Moderne Maisonnette im Zentrum von Afytos

Neue und moderne Maisonette im Zentrum von Afytos. Durch die Lage in einer ruhigen kleinen Seitenstraße, hat man seine Ruhe und gleichzeitig ist man in unmittelbarer Nähe zu diversen Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, der Apotheke, Supermärkte, Geschäfte etc. Guter Schlafkomfort durch eine gute Matratze und Kopfkissen. Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zudem ist die nicht durchdachte Duschkabine eine Zumutung – nach jeder Dusche stand das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, da dieses durch Spalten herausläuft. Außerdem lässt sich weder die Außenbeleuchtung noch das „Nachtlicht“ an der Treppe vom Schlafzimmer nach unten ausschalten – das Licht brennt also die ganze Nacht. Und zu guter Letzt: Es gibt keine Küche! Wozu eine Maisonette, wenn es nicht einmal die Möglichkeit gibt, sich etwas Kleines zu essen zu machen?

Afiyos’un tam kalbindeki lokasyonuyla, modern, yeni ve 3-4 kişilik bi ailenin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği konforlu bir tesis. Odalar her gün temizlendi, kahve ve soft içecekler yenilendi. Larissa tüm ihtiyaçlarımız için bize yardımcı oldu. Afitos’ta konaklanabilecek en güzel yer.

Έμεινα στο διαμέρισμα και πραγματικά ξετρελάθηκα! Ήταν ακόμα καλύτερο απ’ ό,τι φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και μια ζεστή, φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα που με έκανε να νιώσω σαν στο σπίτι μου. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — κοντά στα πάντα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη. Κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα ήταν το γρήγορο και σταθερό WiFi — ιδανικό αν δουλεύεις απομακρυσμένα ή απλά θες να σερφάρεις/streamάρεις χωρίς διακοπές. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, διαθέσιμος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Mooie studio met alle gemakken voorzien! En heel schoon

Wat jammer was er was een noodlamp op de trap, die niet uit ging, dus die knipperde de hele tijd, was best een vel licht. Ik heb er uiteindelijk een tas over gedaan. En we snapten niet hoe het licht o de balkon uitging? Dus die stond ook dag en nacht aan. Verder lekte de douche aan de onderkant van kamer 103 waardoor het water aan de onderkant bleef stromen. Maar goed voor de rest top, maar ik zou toch even deze dingen fixen.

Όμορφο, «ζεστό» (cozy) και ήσυχο! Σε κεντρικό σημείο του χωριού, αλλά χωρίς τη βαβούρα αυτού, γιατί είναι κάθετα στα σοκάκια με τα μαγαζιά. Ιδανικός φωτισμός εξωτερικά αλλά και εσωτερικά, με δυνατότητες επιλογής διαφορετικής έντασης και σημείων.

Θα μπορούσε ίσως να έχει έναν νιπτήρα για την πλύση χεριών ή σκευών καφέ/τσαγιού ή φρούτων, στην μικρή κουζίνα / πάγκο έξω από το λουτρό.
