Ești foarte aproape de centrul localității Afytos.Este liniște.Există o parcare privată foarte aproape.Prețul locului de parcare este negociabil.Există câteva locuri de parcare gratuite și pe străduța din fața casei.
Curățenia apartamentului nu a fost facută corespunzător.Toaleta dușul și baia nu au fost igienizate,iar scurgerea de la duș era parțial înfundată.Am fost întâmpinați cu un miros persistent de pește prăjit.Nu au fost înlocuite prosoapele și nici lenjeria de pat la un sejur de 6 nopți.Foarte deranjant a fost mirosul persistent de urină de pisică,care venea permanent din exterior,deși am spălat foarte des cu furtunul,cu apă terasa.La bateria de la chiuvetă lipsea piulița cu sită,iar apa curgea în toate direcțiile.Sunt foarte mulți țânțari,deci nu te poți bucura de terasa exterioară.
