I wasn’t expecting it to be 2 flats, I don’t think that’s how it is advertised, we thought we would all be together x It was fine but I think I would make it clearer in you advertising that it is essentially 2 flats x

Perfect.

It is a great house. The rooms are spacious and clean. The backyard is big and has a lot of room, and places where the inhabitants can gather. The host was friendly and showed a great amount of understanding when a problem arose at the end of our stay. I highly reccommend the villa, especially considering the price.

The only downside I could name was that there was a lady and a man that were in a small building in the property but there was not a single moment where they made us feel uncomfortable or unwanted. It didn't feel like they were even there.

Comfortable big house, ideal for big group of friends and family

Comfortable big house with beautiful yard. It is located on the road but it is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Afitos with the bars and restaurants.

Walking distance to Afytos centre, and if you don't a 10 min walk to the beach (clear, clean water) or 2-3 min drive. House has parking space and fully equipped. Nice BBQ spot. Sufficient playground for children.

The house is in the main road, but you go to holidays not to get stuck at home. So, not much of problem.

Great place to stay!

Great apartment, fully equipped barbecue, parking for up to 2 cars, fully equipped kitchen, over-ground swimming pool, very friendly host and family (they live in the apartment upstairs)!

The apartment should have been cleaned and bed sheets and towels changed at least once during our 5 night stay. The location is a bit noisy due to it being on the main highway.
