Everything was great. Friendly host Yulia will help you with everything you need. A real little paradise for a family holiday. Whether you like small quiet beaches for relaxation or trendy beach bars, everything is close to you. Beautiful Kalithea is a few hundred meters from you and will provide you with everything you need: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, playgrounds, a promenade...

The place is nice and the view is beautiful. Yulia is very kind and helpfull. The room is cleaned everyday. I recommend the place!

The bathroom without a window.

The property is in a good location with an amazing view, just a two-minute drive from the town centre. There is plenty of parking available, so finding a space is never a problem. The room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it tidy throughout our stay.

The room was advertised as including complimentary wine and champagne, but the new owner refused to honour this offer. He stated that he had recently taken over the property and would not provide the wine and champagne as advertised. This was very disappointing and misleading.👎🏻👎🏻 The room was also advertised as having a sea view. In reality, it had no window, and the terrace overlooked the garden. The sea was only partially visible from the sides, which is not what most people would consider a genuine sea-view room. 👎🏻👎🏻 It was also advertised as having one double bed and one single bed...instead we found 3 single beds...and nothing could be done !! There were several maintenance issues that should have been addressed. The shower head was faulty, the bathroom sink tap was stuck and not working properly, and the terrace doors did not close correctly. I reported all of these problems to the owner, but nothing was repaired during my stay. The walls between the rooms are extremely thin, so you can clearly hear people talking, shouting, and other noise from neighbouring rooms. Overall, the property did not match the advertised description, and the lack of response to reported issues made the experience even more disappointing.
