Quite disappointing

Location The private stairs to the sea front (rocky beach)

The fridge was not working!!! Windows without mosquito net. Bathroom appliances quite old and not working properly. Kitchen hood not working. Swimming pool very dirty- the water was green, full of algae! One of the bedrooms had bunk beds (not specified in the description) like in prison.

Great view

We rented two villas: the superior villa and the three bedroom villa. The superior villa has a beautiful view. The three bedroom villa was well equipped. The location of both villas is excellent, close to afitos. Hosts are very friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The beds of the superior villa could be more comfortable. The swimming pool is closed between 14.00 and 17.00

The accommodation was fine as advertised and the location was good, however the pool was unusable due to being filthy and not being maintained. The pool had broken tiles around the pool and at the bottom, the advert/photo is very misleading.

The pool which was raised with the management company but they didn’t respond to our message and were not interested .

Nice and peaceful place, good value for money

We had very good communication with Lena, the host who was very kind to us and even gave us a tour of the house upon arrival. We kept in touch during our stay. The city center was at a walking distance (about 20 mins). Very peaceful location, everything nice and clean. Woke up every morning seeing the sun rising from the sea which was absolutely gorgeous! The house has mostly what you need to cook if you want, we could also make a barbecue. Nice that it has long chairs where you can chill and read a book in the garden. The air conditioner is a huge plus during hot periods. A few meters away from Quartz Villa, there was also a pool, very clean water and it has depth suitable for kids, and adults as well.

The place somehow has an odor of old furniture, which I liked at first, but staying there for several days, we started feeling that the air was not very pleasant to breathe. But we managed by using the AC. Some of the furniture would need an update and doors from the rooms upstairs are not closing well.

Location was great.

It's a bit misleading as it says it's close to the beach, but it doesn't specify that to get to the beach, you will have to go down near 100 steps on a steep angle. Also the beach is very rocky and not sandy as expected.

The property was lovely and clean. Christos who greeted us at the villa to give the keys was extremely helpful and was always on hand to help out with anything we needed. The pool was a shared pool but it felt like it was our own private pool as hardly anyone used it. The beach and town was a short distance away and it was the best beach I have ever seen the waters in Afitos are so green and beautiful. Afitos town Center was so nice the bars and restaurants was great. I would recommend staying here it was a great family holiday. It ticked all the boxes for us.

Nothing we had everything to hand. The only thing I would say is maybe you would need a car hire if you wanted to venture more places. But Afitos has everything you need.

Perfect Location, beautiful view, amazing tiny and wild beach, specious and clean enough, walking distance to the town of Afitos, good fish tavernas.

The villa was old, low quality, with a damp problem, bad smell, the pool with falling off tiles on the bottom, too expensive for such a low quality. Was told the pool was a private one, but it turned out different upon arrival. No AC in the living room area. Horrible internet or no internet at all. Sometimes noisy at night.

Fantastic host, the complex is really well kept and the green areas are wonderful. The villa that we stayed in was extremely spacious, had all the necessities including an iron, washing machine, coffee machine. The view outside is simply incredible. We have been visiting Greece for the last 10 years, this place was wonderful. On another side, the area is a perfect combination of relaxation and more lively area (Kalithea). Whatever your age, there is something for everyone. The neighbors are also super welcoming. We will rememeber our trip. We travelled with friends.

I don't want to swim in the pool because the tiles have come off in pieces. In the house when you live there are many ants, everywhere- kitchen, bath, bedroom. The gardener can cut the grass at any time, be prepared.

Comfortable stay, beautiful views, great location.

The property was in a good location. The views of the pool and sea were spectacular. There is an unspoilt swimming spot at the bottom of 150+ stairs...not for the very elderly or very young. Once down there, after a couple of minutes of scrambling over rocks you will be able to swim in clear azure waters.

Bathrooms in need of refurbishment. A few more cooking utensils, saucepans, oven dishes etc would have been better. Pool is a great size and felt clean but could do with retiling.

Very nice house with everything needed, very kind and helpful staff. The location is convenient, close to the town, but far enough to be quiet.

Great accommodation, perfect for family or friends

The house is really well equipped, you have everything you need there for a family vacation, and you quickly feel at home. The view and scenery are very nice too, the pool is great for afternoon or morning refreshment.

The beach that is stated that is near is actually non-existing, and the access to it - the stairs are old and rusty, wouldn't recommend to climb down, especially not older people.
