Luxurious Stone House

Frumoasă locație, zona privată. Ne-a plăcut mult. Dormitorul era rupt. Necesita un pic de atenție față de furnici( prea multe). Am încercat să mențin la maxim curățenia în bucătărie și tot erau.

Furnici, patul din dormitor rupt, mașina de spălat nu este ( probabil ca asta poate fi și o problemă ca au apărut furnici, tacâmuri - se necesită a fi suplinite, nu sunt suficiente ( cratiță, e doar una, pahare, farfurii).

The villa is located in complex a very nice area, generally pretty quiet and surrounded by various of trees. The whole complex is making you feel nice as it's well organised, there was a nice pool nearby, even though we didn't use it as we were there for the sea beaches and sea water, but it's nice to have a local backup - others used it and looked happy. The idea of the villa is nice, the small bedroom, relatively roomy living room and big enough kitchen area, great terrace. The general amenities are more than enough for a pleasant stay. We felt as if this is out own (old) villa - the towels and linen were various of looks and styles, just like regular home and not like what you're used to see in hotels - all the same, etc. We originally asked for a infant crib and the host have provided us with such - looked as brand new, as if we're the first users. There was a baby chair as well. The overall price for the stay, which mainly contributed for the overall higher rating.

Unfortunately, there are drawbacks which lead to the overall not that great rating for our stay. The overall idea for the villa is great, but the implementation is not, visible by the simply look by the eye. I mean the quality of the overall build somehow falls behind the idea. Not luxury at all! The A/C units were noisy and looked old. Configured on silent mode is bearable though. The drainage of the external A/C unit is not done properly - just a hose led to a floor cleaning bucked - as one can imagine fills out quickly :/ The window and door frames are worn out from use and require adequate and timely maintenance - almost all doors and windows made noise during operation (fridge incl.) - notable squeaking noise coming from the door hinges and lock. The sink in the kitchen was semi-broken - the syphon lock was completely broken. The sink in the bathroom was blocked - I had to either ask the host to come by or buy and use unblocking chemistry which I did as I was anyway shopping from the groceries store. The utility room had mold - on the baby chair (which I thoroughly cleaned up and left for some hours on the sun light before use!), on the ironing board (which I couldn't use because of this problem!). The washing machine which is position in this place is also visibly rusting because of the high-humidity. One more, for some users perhaps big thing - during whole our stay we haven't had any visit for cleaning service. I don't mind this if it is clearly communicated starting from the listing and welcoming communication. I didn't know that. I couldn't find it anywhere listed, but also not explicitly mentioned that there's no such service or perhaps there is upon request with or without additional cost. We did the cleaning ourselves. P.S. The host expressed in their welcome message that they are available in case of need. I don't question this.

Locație într-o zona liniștită cu toate facilitățile la îndemână, terasa curată, jocuri de societate și Xbox, camere spațioase și bucătărie dotata cu toate necesare pentru gătit și preparat cafea, aer connditionat, piscina aferenta caselor din acea parte de complex curată. Complexul de case este situat la maxim 3 km de plaja Siviri însă din aceasta locație se poate merge ușor spre alte plaje minunate. Supermarket este la max. 1 km, farmacie la 2-3 km, supermarket Lidl la 4 km. Pentru noi a fost ceea ce ne trebuia, liniste, curățenie, dotări pentru preparare mic dejun și servit masa. Este o locație ideala pentru familii.
