Sani Stavronikita Exclusive Pool Villa

We had a wonderful stay as a group of four working remotely. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable everywhere, from inside the house to the peaceful, spotless garden and pool. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. Leonidas is a fantastic host—always available, super helpful, and gave great local tips. Sani is beautiful and a great base to explore Halkidiki. Highly recommended!

Not a lot of amenities in the area.

We stayed at this villa from July 9 to July 17, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The villa is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The private swimming pool and the beautifully maintained garden are definite highlights, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away, and the location provides easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Sani area. Leonidas is a friendly, welcoming, and attentive host. He was always available whenever we needed assistance and provided helpful information throughout our stay. He also arranged complimentary parking access at Sani Marina, which was very convenient. When our daughter unexpectedly needed to see an ENT doctor, he went out of his way to help us find one quickly, and we truly appreciated his support. Overall, we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the Sani area. Thank you, Leonidas, and we wish you every success with your business!
