Very calm, comfortable and clean
The main reasons to choose this villa were the magnificent pine forest and the beautiful Sani beach. Then you have very friendly and responsive hosts, an impeccably clean house with all the amenities that you might need plus welcome drinks and snacks - we truly felt like at home. And having two bathrooms is such a convenience - you definitely don't want to spend your precious holiday time waiting in a queue:)

everything was perfect, from professional hosts through the outlook, condition and cleaniness of the property, big size, near to Sani beach location great for us as a family. A plenty of space in the garden, all compliments highly recommended

Peaceful and delightful experience!
It was such a wonderful time tha we spend in this villa.. Quite a nice landscape around the house with trees everywhere.. Time spended to the beaches was joyfull with beach bars options.. More that needed goods were provided from the owners with kindness. I definetely recommend!

I will definitely book again...
Very comfortable house in a beautiful and calm area of Stavronikita Hill. Located in the main road gives you security sense because of the Stavronikita's private security. The house has everything for a vacation and the host is very friendly, accurate and polite.Value for money with no doubt. I definitely recommend the house as a wonderful and charming Chalkidiki experience!
