Brezza Marina House

Amazing location and even more amazing host! We spent 3 nights in Afitos and we had a perfect time largely thanks to our host! He was super attentive, asked every day if there was anything we needed, gave tips on where to go and what to see and he even invited us for coctails in the bar downstairs! The view to the sea was breathtaking from the apartment and it was close to everything. It was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Only a few things: the shower itself was very outdated, we would recommend to change it! The wifi connection was also a bit bad but that was probably due to the weather.

We absolutely loved this accommodation. It has almost everything we needed and what we couldn't find, Yanis, the host made accessible for us. Yanis was an amazing host and he made us feel right at home, took care of all our needs and requests. Of course the view is unbeatable: we saw the most amazing sunsets and sunrises and at night, the moon over the sea was beautiful. Yes the apartment is not very modern but it's well kept and has everything you need for a long stay, for cooking and even a washing machine and a dishwasher. AC is every room so everything was perfect! I definitely recommend and hopefully we'll come back sometime. Thank you again for everything Yanis! Yamas!

Das Apartment ist groß und sehr schön an der Promenade gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, insgesamt passabel. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und verständnisvoll und wir konnten den Aufenthalt verkürzen und habe den entsprechenden Betrag zurückerhalten. Leider haben wir den Urlaub um die Hälfte kürzen müssen.

Leider war das Apartment sehr unsauber, der Backofen war mit alten Speiseresten verklebt. Reinigungsmittel, wie ein Besen/ Staubsauger pp. war nicht vorhanden. Die Regenwald-Dusche im Bad funktionierte nicht, lediglich der schlauchgebundene Brausekopf. Die Dusche war sehr verkalkt, Körperhaare klebten an den Fliesen. Was aber das größte Problem war, dass man aufgrund der extrem lauten Musik und des Lärms des benachbarten Restaurants vor 2 Uhr morgens nicht schlafen konnte, der Lärm morgens vor 7 Uhr durch lautes Stühlerücken schon wieder losging.
