זו דירה שמורגש שהשקיעו בה הרבה אהבה ונשמה. בעלת הבית היא אמנית וציורים שלה מקשטים חלק מקירות הדירה. קבלת הפנים היתה חמה והתפתחה לשיחה נעמה. גם הפרידה היתה מאד לבבית. היא תמיד הגיעה בדייקנות בשעה שקבעה. ומאד דאגה כשעזבנו ביום מאד גשום, וביקשה שנטלפן או, נשאיר לה שהגענו בשלום לסלוניקי.
כדאי להיות מודעים שבחופים של אפיטוס, אין כשאות להשכרה. אפשר להשתמש בכסא, או מיטת שיזוף תמורה 30 יורו שצריך לממשם בקניית מזון במסעדה שתפסה אחריות על קטע חוף זה. משמעות הדבר לשני אנשים 60 יורו ליום גם אם זה ל 3 שעות. מומלץ לרכוש בעיירה שימשיה ושני כסראות מתקפלים שישמשו בכל תקופת השהות וגם אם משאירים אותם אחר כך אצל הדירה המארחת, זה עדיין שווה ערך מחיר שימוש בכסא בחוף של יום אחד בלבד.

Very good location. 3 minutes from the city centre and a 4 minute ride with the car to the beach. It was clean and had all the amenities necessary. The host was very kind and helpful.
It was maybe a little cluttered but not to the point to being uncomfortable.
