Nice pool, well-equipped kitchen, newly renovated apartment — almost everything is new, with great air conditioners. Thanks also for the complimentary food in the fridge — a nice touch, we enjoyed it. good vacuum cleaner- it is very usefull

Not recommended for families with small kids — the stairs are quite dangerous. Water pressure was a real problem, especially the first three days — sometimes there was no water at all. Each time I was about to message the owner about it, the water would come back on, but the pressure stayed unsatisfactory until about day three, after which it improved. We also had electricity issues on 2 out of 7 days (this affected the whole area, not just the property, but it still impacted our stay). Housekeeping did not clean during the entire 7-day stay — we were told to ask if we wanted cleaning, which felt a bit uncomfortable to request, especially after already having to push back on the water issue. Bed sheets were only changed on day 4, and even then they just gave us new ones for us to change ourselves. The location is far from everything — the beach and city center are both a distance away. There’s a shortcut to the beach, but it’s extreme and I wouldn’t recommend it; we preferred driving. The water and electricity issues are essential — there’s really no excuse for these, since reliable water and power are the basics everything else depends on.
