Die Lage ist perfekt: In Laufentfernung zum Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist toll. Ich möchte die Art der Einrichtung sehr. Die Wohnung hat einen französischen Vibe. Man mietet den oberen Teil des Hauses.
In diesem Jahr habe ich über die sehr hohen Preise für Ferienwohnungen gestaunt.

It's indeed a house with a garden, not an apartment or so. It's right by the beach, takes 2 mins to get there which is perfect. There is a balcony with an excellent view. It is not a luxurious place but it has the necessary things and it's very clean.
Renewing the kitchen utensils and appliances might be good.
