La struttura sorge in prossimità del centro storico. È tutto piuttosto nuovo, semplice e lineare. Buona l’insonorizzazione, la pulizia e comodo il letto.
L’arredamento della camera potrebbe essere più curato, perché l’impressione che si ha è che sia un po’ spoglia.

Прекрасно розташоване помешкання! Буквально в кількох хвилинах від вокзалу та автобусної станції, зупинок автобусів, в 5 хвилинах є супермаркети, хвилин 10 і бастіон. Поруч кафе, піцерії, бари, сквер. Чисте зручне помешкання, ми брали кімнату з балконом, було приємно на свіжому повітрі випити каву та поспілкуватись. Чистий під'їзд, брама зачиняється, що важливо, я вважаю, в туристичному місці. Є ліфт. Гарна сантехніка в санвузлі, зручне ліжко. Все, що було в описі помешкання, є. На всі мої питання власники реагували швидко і доброзичливо, допомогали порадою чи надавали потрібну інформацію. Це важливий і також приємний момент під час візиту в Кальярі. Власники залишили після подорожі відчуття гостинності міста.
