Super lokalizacja.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem . Czysto , dobre WiFi. Świetna miejscówka do zwiedzania Nicei i okolicy. Cena adekwatna do warunków w apartamencie. Blisko do morza . Lokal w pobliżu piekarni sklepów i restauracji.

We came here with 2 young children, the apartment has a great location, near supermarkets. Great balcony and great wifi signal. It is on the 5th floor, it has a small elevator and a great view. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, so it is a bit incinvenient that after using the toilet you need to go to another room to wash the hands, but apart from that, all in all, the apartment met our needs and was a good value for the money

Logement assez grand, avec un balcon sympa.
La clim fonctionnait correctement, c'était déjà ça !
Logement vieillot, aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation.
Très peu de vaisselle (même pas de petites cuillères !).
Machine à laver inutilisable.
Pas très propre à notre arrivée (on paie pourtant 70 € de ménage !!!)
Ascenseur minuscule.
De plus il est très difficile de se garer dans le quartier (même si ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire !)
