Molto carino, non perfetto.
Buona posizione, strada tranquilla, spazi ben attrezzati, comodo.
Consiglio di non sottovalutare il problema della scala perché è presente anche all’interno dell’appartamento per andare da un piano all’altro, scala a chiocciola stretta e ripida. Gestori del tutto assenti, non reperibili nemmeno via messaggio.

La gentilezza dei gestori molto disponibili, la comodità del materasso con topper, la terrazza sui tetti.
L'appartamento si trova in uno stabile vecchio e trascurato, scale molto strette per salire, con una baligia grande sarebbe impossibile. Nell'appartamento c'è un odore forte di scarico e tutti i profumi sparsi qua e là nell'appartamento non riescono a coprirlo (e per altro tutti quei profumi sono fastidiosi). In generale L'appartamento è modesto e non vale il prezzo pagato.

Agréable sejour et hôtes très réactifs !
Nous avons aime la chambre avec terasse ! Nous étions proche de très jolies destinations : Venise, Vérone, et des belles plages du lac de garde : Desenzanino, Peschiera, Salò, Sermione. Le centre historique de Brescia est également très sympa 😊.
Les voisins d’en face mettent la musique très fort ! Nous nous entendions plus, heureusement ce n’était qu’une journée.

Appartement bien situé dans le centre de Brescia. L'appartement était propre et correctement aménagé.
- Très mauvais rapport qualité - prix - L'appartement est au sommet d'un immeuble accessible par un escalier minuscule en colimaçon: impossible d'accès aux handicapés ou aux personnes âgées et très compliqué avec des bagages. (idem pour la chambre du haut) - L'appartement est un four l'été impossible de refroidir le bas même avec le clim. et très difficile d'avoir une température acceptable en haut. - Aucune communication avec l'hôte : communication à travers une IA qui vous spam de mail et qui vous demande votre impression sur l'appartement alors que vous n'êtes pas arrivé

Läget var toppen. Dock lite krångligt att komma dit med mycket bagage. Smal gränd att köra in i för att inte behöva bära väskor långt. Sen smala trappor upp. Hade missuppfattat och trodde att det skulle finnas parkeringsplats med boendet. Det gjorde det inte.

Åtta stycken totalt på två rum + bad. Och med olika doft. Fick ställa ut dem på terrassen. Rekommenderar värden att begränsa sig till en per våning och kanske samma doft?
