Spacious apartment in an ideal location.

The apartment I stayed in, "Black," is one floor up from grade, and it's the most spacious one-bedroom suite I've experienced. I was there 4 days/3 nights. Large bedroom with a comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets; huge, open-concept living room and formal dining room, with large dining table; big, well-stocked and well-equipped kitchen, including a 4-top round dining table; and an ample bathroom with all the standard features, but also a washer AND a dryer. The location is ideal: It's on a main, pedestrian-only corso; it is just a few doors down from the Teatro Grande, a myriad of shopping options (from drug stores to high-end clothiers) and various eateries; and it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the Vittorio Metro station, which is one stop away from Stazione FS, Brescia's main train station. There's even a taxi stand just around the corner, with designated spots for two taxis (but I saw 3 taxis waiting a few times). You can check whether a driver is available from one of the kitchen windows. So convenient. Nice host -- communication was just right. I consider this place a great find. If ever I return to Brescia, I'd love to stay here again if it's available.

This apartment was situated in a very good location on a lovely street very close to the Brescia Opera House. About a 15 min walk from the train station. Some of the apartments have balcony's (I forgot to request one of these) but even so the apartment was fabulous. We had the Black apartment on level 2. A huge apartment. Very easy access with a lift. Fully equipped kitchen - washing machine and dryer. Owner very contactable for any queries we had.

Great location in Brescia

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Brescia, located right on a beautiful pedestrian shopping area. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The apartment has a washing machine which is very helpful when traveling for an extended period of time. The bathroom has been updated. The WiFi worked well. If you need to work while on vacation, this is a good apartment because there's a table in the kitchen which can be closed off from the living room where the TV is. There's also a large dining table in the living room, which would make a good work space.

The shower is awkward to use. It is in a tub that is difficult and even a bit hazardous to enter/exit because it is slippery and there is not a grab bar. The small swinging glass door isn't wide enough to prevent the shower from spraying onto the floor, so the floor gets wet whenever the shower is used. Don't let this dissuade you from choosing this apartment; just be aware in case you have mobility issues that make it difficult for you to step into/out of a tub or that make you unsteady on your feet, especially on a wet floor.

I can't explain how much we love our stay at this place! The apartment is in a very good location, in the heart of Brescia's City Centre. But the area was not noisy at all. The room is quite spacious, new, and has everything you need. Our host Francesca is very lovely to let us check-in early too. We promise to come back to Brescia and stay at Eleganti Dimore again!

Nice place, vivible location

Good communication with the host, she asked for my arrival time and when I said I'll be late she kindly gave me all the information to find the apartment and retrieve the key. The apartment was clean.

She asked me for the "Tassa di Soggiorno" even though it was already in the booking payment. However, I decided to pay without any problem because it was only for three days and she had been so nice to me. A bottle of water at the arrival would have been a nice touch.

Les équipements dans le logement d’une practicite sympathique pour les familles. Possibilité de lancer une machine.

Localisation peu pratique en voiture car en plein centre ville dans une zone limitée pour le transfert de bagages. Pas pratique avec plusieurs bagages et des enfants en bas âge. Gestion des ordures par la commune très tôt des 4/5h du matin.
