metal wire to protect you from fall down upstair,not safe for children. beware of surcharge
the local near metro station
Host is not responsible at all. We accidentally left the key in the apartment and try ask the host for solution 4:30pm in the afternoon. However host told us, she will able to bring the key next morning and all her staff finished work on the day. Can you imagine how irresponsible is that, specially this is a family trip I have 3 kids with me. The host does not will to help for free. Eventually she agree to bring the key to us but surcharge 80 euro in cash after 3 hours. If you have young children do not recommend use this place, the loft is not secure for young as it only use couple metal wire enclosed the how top floor.

Excellent central location, awkward bedroom facility.
Location in centre of Brescia. The facilities in the kitchen. The smart TV.
The stone flooring. The headroom in the loft bedroom, the awkward and steep access to the loft bedroom. No outside balcony or sitting area. No free parking.

Ottima posizione ma da migliorare tante piccole cose
Solo Posizione Ottima.
Bella struttura ma servirebbe qualche opera di manutenzione e pulizia al soffitto e degli accorgimenti in piu. Per il compenso pagato mi aspettavo, almeno, di trovare un rotolo di carta da cucina intero e non il tubo! Ho preso la struttura per 10 giorni e ho trovato un solo rotolo di carta igienica e l'acqua in frigo era a pagamento! Per 10 giorni un solo set da bagno! Il tecomado della TV funziona male. Piccole cose da migliorare per quella fascia di prezzo! Ottima la posizione.
