Stunning views in a 17c tower

This is a structure compmetely in a class of its own The best panorama mooking over the Loggia Enormous picture windows A real artwork studio with superb artworks Marble bathroom Super modern kitchen units Its on the 4 th floor Bit the only challenge may be the steps Because its a 17 C defence rower Hugely evocative , special and memorable

Brescia was an amazing destination to spend a week and Spirit of the Moon provided a truly memorable stay our host was

Centrally located, beautiful views and truly artful. We loved the surround sound for our music. We were very comfortable and happy.

There is nothing not to like! The host told us about the stairs which we used as our exercise daily.

Astoundingly perfect

I loved everything about this property and how perfectly located in the city centre it was, with many commodities nearby and the metro stop being so close made my work experience in Brescia an amazing stay. I also loved the way the entire place was decorated and the atmosphere.

An unadvertised 68 spiral steps to a poorly appointed apartment.

It was very clean. The windows are huge so there are some good views. There is complementary Netflix.

There is an unadvertised 68 spiral steps. If you arrive when the staircase is dim or dark the timed lights go out halfway up the stairs and you are left in the dark until you get to the next landing and search for the switch (often times ringing the neighbor’s doorbell by mistake). it was very difficult to carry my carry on bag all the way up because the steps are spiral so there really isn’t anywhere for you to take a rest. You don’t find out that there are all these stairs until after your reservation is booked and you receive information on finding the apartment. There is no light at all in the entire kitchen area so you will have some difficulty cooking in the evening. I had questions about operating the washing machine and contacted the host who didn’t answer them. There is no kitchen towel and the kitchen sponge was very old. There is no place-none-to store or even put clothing. No wardrobe or drawers or bookcase. The bathroom is poorly laid out. it is marble and looks chic. But toilet paper can’t be kept out because the shower is in the very middle of the bathroom so the toilet gets wet. when you use the toilet the closet with the toilet paper is 10 feet away! There is no shelf or table in the bathroom to put your toiletries-none at all. And the sink has no space around it. And there is no hand soap provided in the kitchen or bathroom. There is no place. to hang your towels in the bathroom-or anywhere else. there is no coat closet or coat rack or coat hook. There is no sofa to sit on. The host does not speak any English at all and doesn’t seem interested in using Google Translate. I speak Italian and he responded to my text promptly but didn’t answer my question. There is no notebook with information about Brescia or where to eat or shop or what to do and no map of Brescia provided. There is no information at all about anything.

The location makes the place a decent stay

The location is in city center and on the top floor of the building so views were beautiful. The decor was creative but not wholly functional. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was a wet bath and barely functional: no place to put toiletries. It would be helpful if the host added a couple of hooks for towels and a shelf near the door as they would not become wet. The polished marble floor became dangerously slick when wet. It would be helpful if the host added a squeegy and a wooden or rubber floor mat. The kitchen was poorly stocked. It’s not meant for much cooking, maybe just coffee in the morning. It was also in the shadows at night with no direct light. It would be helpful if the host created an instruction/ Information manual. Currently he has labels placed around the apartment and some are not obvious. We were never able to get the speakers working, The air conditioning controller was hidden in a closet and we had to inquire with the host via WhatsApp to figure out how to operated it (He doesn’t speak English) The only operating window is locked so air circulation isn’t great without the air conditioner.

Scenic apartment for 1-2 people in the heart of Brescia

Spectacular interior design of the apartment, location with a perfect panoramic view on the old square, most of the facilities are present, old city center just few meters away, free underground parking provided by the host (Fossa Bagni, around 10 minutes walking)

Interior design compromised convenience at some points, but for a short stay (less than week) it's not annoying at all. Keep in mind, the apartment is for solo traveler or a couple in a good fit :) (location is on the attic of 4 stories building)

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful view and excellent furnishings. Very easy access to Victoria metro station.

Be aware there are 5 flights of narrow stairs to access the apartment.

The appartement was very clean. The appartement had style and was situated in the center of the town. A parking place was included in the price.

c'etait un bel endroit, dommage qu'il soit envahie d'une odeur d encens indien

toujours une adresse originale pour les gens adaptable.

Nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans ce logement, toujours avec satisfaction. Cette fois-ci, dès notre arrivée, l’appartement était envahi par une odeur extrêmement forte et persistante d’encens indien, avec une fumée donnant l’impression d’un espace saturé. Malgré un signalement immédiat, la seule solution proposée a été d’ouvrir la porte, alors qu’il faisait très froid dehors et que le logement ne permet aucune réelle ventilation. L’odeur est restée présente tout au long du séjour, rendant impossible le fait de cuisiner ou de prendre nos repas à l’intérieur ; nous avons dû rester le plus souvent dehors. Le séjour étant très court, nous avons fait le choix de ne pas perdre de temps à négocier, pensant à tort que l’odeur finirait par disparaître. À notre départ, elle était toujours bien présente, le propriétaire la considérant comme “agréable”, ce qui nous a confortés dans l’idée que toute tentative de résolution aurait continué à gâcher notre séjour. Nous conseillons aux futurs voyageurs d’être vigilants sur ce point. Nous recommandons également au propriétaire de renouveler l’expérience en allumant un encens une heure avant l’arrivée du prochain occupant, afin de pouvoir juger par lui-même de l’impact réel dans un espace peu ventilé.

Tolles Loft, kreativ möbliert. Super tolle Lage, mit leicht erreichbarer Tiefgarage.

Küchenausstattung dürftig, für Frühstück ausreichend. Dusche über Toilette gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zu beachten, viele steile Treppen.

Casa accogliente e perfetta per il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutto ciò che serve, e gli ambienti sono estremamente puliti. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliatissima!

Appartamento meraviglioso, spazioso e luminosissimo, con una vista spettacolare sulla città. Gli interni sono curati nei minimi dettagli, moderni ma accoglienti, con un’atmosfera davvero unica e ogni angolo è pensato per far sentire subito a casa. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo l’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a tutto. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, uno di quei posti dove si vorrebbe restare più a lungo consigliatissimo!

Il proprietario Ermanno, una persona squisita che fornisce tutte le informazioni per accedere alla struttura, parcheggiare ecc con bellissimi e chiarissi video. Appartamento di design

L'appartamento, situato in pieno centro storico, è magnifico in tutti i suoi piccoli e grandi particolari. Lascia intendere che ogni cosa è stata messa con cura nel proprio posto. Possibilità di connettersi alle casse per ascoltare un po di musica e rilassarsi ed oltretutto gradita la bottiglia di spumante lasciata nel frigorifero.

Tante scale per arrivare fino all'appartamento, ma vale la pena salirle! Inoltre la mattina, nonostante le coperture delle finestre, entra molta luce.
