Great /clean apartment in historic center

Place looks great and is very clean. It was almost as if it was brand new and we were the first ones using it. Has everything you need from an appartment (TV, wifi, kitchen, spacious bathroom, etc). Host was very friendly and gave us all information upfront via WhatsApp. The apartment is close to all major sights in Brescia and has more than enough bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Not so much about the appartment itself, but the apartment is in a ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato) which means you cannot access the street without a (temporary) permit or you have to be aware from what side you approach the street

Stunning apartment in the heart of city

Apartment locates in the historical center of the ancient city in 3 minutes walk from the town hall. Of the stores nearby, ethnic ones like Filipino or Indian, where there are also ordinary goods. Stylish design of the apartment, two levels - its big advantage. Wonderful and attentive staff.

Maybe freezer could be slightly bigger. Principally, the apartment is ideal for a couple that does not intend to eat inside nothing but the water of wine and something taken away from restaurants. So to speak, positioned as an apartment, managed as a hotel.

a very cosy and clean apartment in the center at agreeable price

Location is superb, in the historic center. Parking can be quite easily found in the streets around. Instructions to access the building and room are clear and easy-to-follow. The room's price includes (a fridge-full of) cold drinks and some packaged snacks. The rooms have apparently been very recently renovated, everything is fresh and clean.

It is rather difficult to regulate the air conditioner which is by default set to low temperature and high intensity. It would be nice if the selection of teas included some simple classic black tea, not only herbal/green teas. The stairs are very steep - can be a challenge for some (but then again, it's a house in a medieval Italian town).

Non dipende dalla struttura ma la raccolta dei rifiuti potrebbe essere potenziata dal servizio comunale. La struttura ha comunque sopperito a questa mancanza.

Appartamento Pulito e moderno, molto carino e curato nel dettaglio. Check in e out molto facili. Apprezzati vari snack e bibite a disposizione comprese nel Prezzo. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno permesso di lasciare anche i bagagli dopo il check out per diverse ore. Consigliato!! A due passi dal centro città

Scelta ottimale.

La casa è in un punto favorevole , la vicinanza con i localetti e con ciò che può far comodo è ben apprezzata. Il padrone di casa è cortese e ha premura dei suoi ospiti. Abbiamo trovato un posto pulito e sistemato con tutto l occorrente, compreso di spazzolino monouso e cibo e bevande omaggio lasciate nella casa per noi. Check in in piena autonomia, semplice e veloce. Ottimo.

Due giorni a Brescia con famiglia

Soggiorno perfetto, solo una notte ma perfetto anche per più giorni, ha tutti i comfort, dalla cucina alla camera e il bagno top. Molto graditi anche tutte le cose che sono a disposizione del cliente, caffè, tisane, dolcetti, patatine, bibite acqua e anche la dotazione per il bagno, comprensiva degli spazzolini da denti, CONSIGLIATISSIMO

przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament w świetnej lokalizacji

Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo sympatyczny, zawsze można było szybko uzyskać odpowiedź. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość przedłużenia doby hotelowej (za dodatkową opłatą). Pokój był czysty, nawet bardziej przestronny niż na zdjęciach, a mobilne wejście znacznie ułatwia zameldowanie. Sam apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, a lokalizacja w samym centrum to ogromny plus – wszędzie jest blisko. Z przyjemnością odwiedziłabym to miejsce ponownie i zdecydowanie polecam!

Z minusów: lodówka jest dość mała, nie zmieści się w niej butelka większa niż 0,5 l. Nad ranem słychać głośne dzwony, co może przeszkadzać osobom wrażliwym na hałas lub lubiącym dłużej pospać. W obiekcie nie ma windy, ale dla mnie osobiście nie stanowiło to problemu.

Todo. La atención por demás cálida de sus anfitriones. El apartamento cuenta con todo ,y más aún de lo necesario . Nos dejaron bebidas, snacks, jugos, gaseosas y amenities completos. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.

Posizione centrale, parcheggio auto gratis a poca distanza, piccolo appartamento molto ben tenuto, ottimo per una breve permanenza in quattro, piacevole kit di benvenuto con acqua bibite birra e biscottini per colazione

Melhor hospedagem que já fiquei!

Acho que esse foi o melhor apartamento que já fiquei em todas as minhas viagens (e olha que conheço diversas cidades em 20 países). Além de muito bonito, bem decorado e funcional, o proprietário, Massimo, teve um importante zelo conosco. Tudo o que estava na geladeira e também em cima do armário, poderíamos comer. Deixou também kits de higiene fechados. Massimo também fez questão de explicar muito bem todas as regras, teve cuidado e atenção quando tivemos problema com o código do portão, e respondeu todas as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo muito essa hospedagem!

Un appartement d'une propreté exemplaire et tout équipé pour notre famille. Un accès très bien expliqué par le propriétaire. Un accueil avec boissons et gâteaux à disposition. Emplacement parfait, tout est accessible à pied. Je recommande !
