Comfy stay in a nice place

Comfort, Hospitality, and Convenience

This was my second stay at Annama Coliving, and it felt just as welcoming as the first time. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are truly outstanding, always making sure guests feel at home. The facilities have everything one might need for a comfortable and easy stay. The location is excellent – close to a metro station, yet set in a quiet and very clean area. I’m happy to return here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful building and grounds, decent location for groceries, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable beds, great AC which is really nice in Italy in the summer.

As with many places in Europe, the passageways for cars are incredibly tight as is the parking garage, but the latter I would at least fit our small SUV into. Not a lot of late night options for food or drinks.

It's like home! -- spacious, comfortable, secure and friendly.

We loved this place! I was a bit dubious at first about the 'co-living,' and wasn't sure what to expect. But it was an amazing place. If you prefer, you can keep yourself to yourself in a spacious apartment, complete with everything -- modern bathroom, great shower, lots of sockets, comfy bed and sofa, fully-equipped kitchen etc. Or go downstairs and mix with other residents in the communal areas. There's a laundry room with four washing machines, 4 euros each. There are some great sitting-out areas, and it's an easy walk to a Carrefour market, or a baker just across the road. The castle is about 1km, and the centre of the old town about 1km after that. So it's walking distance, but if you prefer you can take the Metro just one block away (a 24-hour, go-anywhere ticket from the machine is about 3.50 euros.) Getting in and out is easy with a bluetooth phone and an app -- just click each door that's marked on the phone and it opens. Secure, covered space for parking. Best of all, the staff were wonderful. Very attentive and communicative, and it was a pleasure to meet the lovely Gaia who helped us with the check-in and payments. We were so comfortable there that when we we in town, and my wife suggested it was 'time to go home,' she didn't mean home Australia. She meant the place that felt like home while we were in Brescia. We would love to stay again.

Anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay with a nice and very friendly welcome in a modern and very nicely furnished antique villa is in the right place. Common areas, a room with a beautiful terrace and other areas are very well equipped for both relaxation and food preparation and consumption. The villa is located near the subway and there is also a grocery store nearby. It's been an amazing week. Anna and Primoz, thank you very much and I look forward to meeting you sometime next time.

Co-living in Brescia

Awesome co-living in Brescia. Located in a historical building entirely renovated. Everything is new, comfortable, and clean. Quiet and very conveniently located to metro and buses. Fantastic shared kitchenb, fully equipped. It's a pleasure to cook there while meeting other guests. Cozy, international, diverse, and friendly atmosphere! Overall, fantastic place!

Inizialmente ho trovato la stanza più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi; poi però ho capito che il co-living permette di usufruire di ambienti spaziosi e attrezzati che vanno oltre la propria camera

Bellissima location

Il fatto di poter aprire il cancello esterno e la porta della stanza con lo smartphone, senza bisogno della chiave, è veramente molto comodo. La cucina in comune è veramente grande e super attrezzata. Tutto l'alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli e arredato in maniera moderna. Alloggio veramente super confortevole e comodo!

Un comodissimo silenzioso e accogliente letto a Brescia

Struttura nuova facile da raggiungere in una bella posizione con parcheggio personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Mi è stato fatto un upgrade della Camera senza averlo richiesto. Da notare gli spazi esterni alla camera come la terrazza arredata privato.

Bell'appartamento in ottima posizione

Il mini appartamento che ho avuto a disposizione era molto carino, completamente rimesso a nuovo di recente. Utile il garage (anche se a pagamento). La posizione è molto comoda sia per il centro città sia per alcune primarie vie di comunicazione. Vicinissimo agli Ospedali Civili e quindi a una serie di servizi piacevoli (autobus, ristoranti, ecc.). Comodo il letto, ben funzionante bagno e doccia. Non ho usufruito della cucina, ma ho visto un forno a microonde e una piastra a induzione. Molto gradita la bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto, se ci fosse una macchinetta del caffè o una cialda per la moka, sarebbe fantastico.

All'interno della stanza un leggero odore di chiuso / umidità, nonostante la finestra aperta. In bagno segnalo una ventola rumorosissima, buon metodo per limitare la durata delle permanenze!

Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war der Hammer große gemeinschaftsküche küchenzeile im Zimmer. Der Inhaber war super freundlich er hat das Hotel zu einem zweiten Zuhause gemacht.
