With a few improvements it should be a great place to stay.

Convenient location, comfortable bedroom, good breakfast

Considerable unexpected difficulty finding premises having found the street address easily. Finally arriving only to find that the acceptable check-in time as specified by booking.com was not the times according to owner and hence he was not there. Some of the property was being renovated, so breakfast was in a room half renovated with plasterboard walls and ceiling.

Everything! Idyllic location on the river. Our host Dominique was delightful - he couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast by the river, newly renovated room and even a rowing boat to use!

A place of calm

This place is an absolute gem. It is so peaceful and calm but very convenient for a stop over en route to or from Holiday. We were served a lovely breakfast by the river and the owners were so kind and helpful especially as our french needs some work.

A delightful overnight stay in a well presented property in a lovely setting.

The property is absolutely delightful located on a river on the outskirts of the city. Don’t be put off by the unusual approach near a retail park. Once you get there it is idyllic. Breakfast was served outside next to the river. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with modern amenities. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Comfort and calm close to the action

We stayed at “Au fil de l’eau” for the 24h Le Mans. It’s a perfect location to reach the circuit: not too far, yet far enough to stay in a quiet area. It is oddly surrounded by an industrial zone, but the setting itself is charming and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The owner is very welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent.

This property is fantastic and fabulous in every way. We have stayed in 20 BnBs this last month and Au fil de L’eau is by far the best. The host, the gardens, the privacy, the facilities are all super first class. Excellent.

La prestation petit-déjeuner ,a revoir , choix limité, yaourt ou fruit seraient les bien venus, car il n’y a pas de salé, uniquement pain et vienoiserie. Problème de table : nous étions 4.. parfait pour le premier jour, par contre très vite desservis au deuxième jour, il faire fissa car il y avait un autre couple à servir et il fallait faire de la place

Il proprietario é stato gentilissimo. La camera é nuovissima e dotata di tutti i comfort (tapparelle elettriche e aria condizionata). La vera perla é il giardino dove ci può rilassare e fare colazione lungo un bellissimo piccolo fiume con alcuni salici piangenti ed altre piante che fanno da contorno. Anche la colazione è di buona qualità

Wat erg fijn was een ruim en stil plekje tijdens een doorreis. Even relaxen zonder autoverkeer.

Wat jammer was dat er geen airco was. De kamer niet erg groot was hot. Toch deed de eigenaar er alles aan om het comfortabel te maken. Extra water en een ventilator.
