Terrace PEHLİVANLAR Hotel

Personalul foarte drăguț, în special Simo , m-au ajutat mult cu tot ce am avut nevoie , mi-au organizat transferul de la aeroport la hotel și înapoi . Mi-a plăcut mult locația hotelului , aproape de grand bazar si de piața Eminionu … transportul public aproape si foarte accesibil ca să ajungi în toate părțile orașului . În apropiere sunt magazine cu prețuri pământești. Micul dejun specific Turcesc , cu fructe , legume , oua , sosuri . Camera curată , am avut șlapi de cameră , prosoape curate , plapume pentru fiecare oaspete .

Camerele nu sunt chiar ca în poze , dar cîștigă la capitolul locație și preț. Se aude din cameră mult gălăgia de afară și din alte camere.

Se escucha mucho el exterior con la habitación de al lado y su cercanía al metro, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la ducha tiene fuga de agua.

Très bien situé, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal pour visiter toute la ville. Il dispose également d’une belle terrasse offrant une agréable vue. L’établissement est très facilement accessible en transports en commun : bus, tramway et métro sont à proximité. Le port se trouve également à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est formidable : toujours présent, souriant, poli et disponible pour répondre à toutes les demandes. Un accueil vraiment chaleureux et professionnel ! De nombreux commerces et restaurants abordables se trouvent à proximité. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet et est tout simplement magnifique, avec un large choix. L’eau, le jus, ainsi que les boissons chaudes sont disponibles à volonté 24h/24. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Une très belle expérience !

1- The staff were perfect especially Ayyoub. They were friendly and supportive. 2- The breakfast was good with good variety of choices. 2- The hotel is generous with everything you need at their Terrace from Tea, Nescafe, coffee mate, Sugar, drinking water, cold Lemonade 24/7. 3- The Terrace view is marvelous looking at the golden horn and Galata Tower. You can sit at night and enjoy the scene for free. 4- The room price is tempting. 5- Location is perfect. Near everything with either a couple of minutes walk or by using the M2 metro line.

1- The pedestal sink in the bathroom is super small in the family room. We can barely wash our face & whole hands. Most of the water fells on ground and needs drying everyday. 2- The bathroom is smelly and the light is weak in the family room. 3- Bed sheets do not cover the bed mattress 100%. This leaves part uncovered giving a feeling of uncleanliness or unprofessional. 4- Most of bed mattresses do not have protection applied. 5- The rooms are not sound proof. You will hear the M2 metro passing by every 5 minutes. You will hear your neighbors in the next room whenever they move. You will hear water pipes whenever bathrooms are used. You will hear the restaurants and shops noise on the street especially when they get merchandise. 6- The room would not be cleaned until requested. 7- No electric kettle inside the room. It is only upstairs on the terrace as being shared by all hotel visitors. 7- No safe box in the room. 8- No phone for reception contact. Only by Whatsap or visiting the reception. 9- Going up or down the floors, the fenders has a sharp tool applied which easily hurt & scratches your skin as accidently touched. Photo attached.
