A modern apartment with easy walking access to Rennes

Although we wouldn't normally have chosen a city centre apartment, the location is fantastic in an iconic Rennes building 10 mins from the old town. Secure parking in a parking garage was excellent and we left the car and could walk to where we wanted to be in Rennes. The apartment is well equipped for an extended stay and we loved the sun on the balcony in the afternoons. The host provided extras like coffee and washing tablets. Good information was provided on the use of the appliances.

Bien placé propre mais j’ai eu jn peu froid

La situation la propreté

Le chauffage de la chambre ne marchant pas bien. J’ai eu un peu froid . Il y a avait un radiateur d’appoint à huile et une couette de plus San SMR placard . On a parlé de thermostat mais hormis les robinets thermostat issues d’ sur les radiateurs je n’en ai pas trouvé .

Un appartement où il fait bon vivre

Un verrou intérieur a été ajouté : c'est vraiment une bonne idée pour la sécurité au cas où quelqu'un connaîtrait le code de la serrure (avec le garde en bas, c'est le top). L'appartement dispose d'un petit chauffage d'appoint supplémentaire pour l'hiver : un plus appréciable. Quelques décorations avaient été ajoutées pour noël : une attention vraiment sympa. Nous louons cet appartement pour la troisième fois et c'est à chaque fois un plaisir. On s'y sent presque chez soi ! Bien situé, tout proche du centre, parfaitement équipé, lumineux, avec un parking, difficile de ne pas être satisfait.

Deuxième séjour dans l'appartement. Très bien aménagé, cuisine parfaitement équipée, très belle vue. Le quartier est sûr et pratique (commerces). Très proche du centre ville.

Toujours pas de verrou à l'intérieur. La seule fermeture, c'est la serrure à code à l'extérieure... c'est un peu léger.

Die Lage des Appartements und die Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer (wegen eines kleinen Schadens in der Wohnung) war sehr freundlich und zügig. Parkplatz in Garage und Aufzug laufen problemlos.

Das Bett ist ein wenig klein... Was man wissen muß: Keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe etc. Es läuft alles per Email, auch Türcode und alle Anweisungen. Also ohne Email check bei Ankunft oder vorher läuft nichts.

Très bel appartement, confortable et bien situé. Une réserve sur la serrure et la caution.

Très bel appartement aménagé et décoré avec goût. Une cuisine très bien équipée, un grand salon lumineux, une chambre et une SDB parfaites. La petite terrasse est très sympa. Le parking couvert est parfaitement sécurisé. Trois ascenseurs disponibles. La vue du 21ème étages est très agréable. Il est facile de rejoindre l'appartement depuis la rocade ouest et, ensuite, on peut aller dans le centre ville à pied (Les Lices sont à deux minutes).

Serrure électronique à code : un verrou à l'intérieur de l'appartement serait un plus au niveau de la sécurité pour la nuit (au cas où quelqu'un récupère le code). Le garde à l'entrée ne peut pas vérifier qui entre dans l'immeuble. Une caution est exigée sans état des lieux, ni a l'entrée, ni à la sortie. La somme (400 euros) peut être débitée par l'agence après le départ. On doit dont signaler toute dégradation en arrivant, en espérant ne rien rater ! Et si par exemple une personne vient faire le ménage dans l'appartement après notre départ et casse quelque chose sans le signaler, on peut en être tenu responsable. On peut comprendre cette pratique face aux comportements de certains loueurs malhonnêtes, mais c'est aussi difficile de faire entièrement confiance à une agence que l'on ne rencontre jamais ! C'est stressant et en cas de désaccord, c'est au loueur de réclamer sa caution. Pourtant, la loi est claire : En l’absence d’état des lieux d’entrée, le locataire présumé avoir pris possession du logement en bon état mais, à l’inverse, en l’absence d’état des lieux de sortie, le locataire est réputé avoir rendu le logement en bon état. Le propriétaire ne pourra en principe retenir aucune somme sur le dépôt de garantie, même en présence d’éventuelles dégradations. Un petit état des lieux rapide serait donc un plus et apporterait une tranquillité d'esprit.
