Exactly as pictured and all amenities were great and functional.

That it had both washer and dryer in unit. The machines were very good and efficient. Having a dryer is not common.

The rule on “no noise” past 10pm was quite strict. I understand there are neighbors both above and especially below. Seems unreasonable to never come and go or use the bathroom middle of the night.
