Our apartment is situated within a beautiful heritage building. We are only a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants, movie theatres and the Dunedin Town Hall. Enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. Very friendly and responsive host. Knocking down to four stars because we had issues with the dryer and there was some damage to paintwork. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location walking distance to city centre.Awkward stair access to bedrooms, one of which was windowless. Had to trip the circuit breaker on the power board to turn off the noisy bathroom fan overnight.Otherwise ok with good secure parking.
