Location, layout, architecture & vibe was perfect for us. Was also very soundproof for a building near a main road The access for checkin was also very easy

Not a dislike but time to upgrade side tables & lamps in second room as a tad sad when your in bed and have a close eye view Just thought it was a bit overpriced

Everything! The apartment has a very cool vibe. It was so well appointed including a number of unexpected surprises like breakfast, lollies and popcorn! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we were nice and cosy. Such a great location, we could walk everywhere. Jo was so responsive with her communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. It was fantastic.

We can't believe the quality and detail in the renovations! It's a huge building and would have taken a lot of thought and work. Double Glazing on the windows kept the traffic noise down, large living area meant we could have visitors, full kitchen meant nothing was impeded. Plenty of electric plugs for our many necessities and the right amount of bedding on the comfy bed ensured a good sleep. Amazing to see a big TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge! No expense spared. Excellent situation in Central Dunedin.

We did have a problem with the lift - didn't see the notice on the floor advising us not to stand too near and thought we were stuck in the lift many times till we solved the problem.

Location and it’s an incredible apartment. Everything you could possibly need, plus it’s gorgeous

I loved it really. The mattress is due an upgrade, that’s all.
