Everything in the apartment was beautifully appointed and excellent quality. Comfortable warm beds, in this tasteful refurbishment of this iconic Dunedin property. Excellent location, we could walk everywhere.

Location was excellent. Beautifully renovated modern finishes. The interior was extremely clean warm and inviting. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Not that we cooked as lots of good cafes/restaurant's close by. Bathrooms had tiled finish with huge shower in the ensuite Under floor tile heating. It was a freezing 🥶 weekend but the house was cosy and warm. Check in was easy and hosts Nikki and Evie were very friendly answering questions quickly. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in when visiting Dunedin and we are frequent visitors to the city. Excellent for a group of friends

Not the accommodations fault but not a lot of parking.

The location is great, but it comes with a lot of noise and partygoers walking on the street at night and vehicles passing - also had police or ambulances driving around with their sirens that kept us awake. The location is central, and the house was very clean/tidy with everything you need and more

The steps at the front entrance were a big challenge. There were young boys loitering around the entrance at 1am at night sitting there chatting away. In the early morning, they were shouting at each other and not really concerned about anyone around them. These boys stayed in the Carnage Hostel/Accommodation and have access next to where we stayed. I went outside to tell them off, but they kept quiet for a few minutes and then just made more noise after a few minutes. The early hours were worst, and we couldn't sleep late as they were running around laughing and shouting at each other and people passing by making comments and rude gestures to the girls passing the property, we could hear that from inside the property. It was clear they didn't care. Perhaps consider gate at the entrance to keep people of the stairs where they sit and chat or on their mobiles.
